Navy Command Fitness Leader (CFL) Practice Test

When a Sailor's readiness waiver expires and they have multiple Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) failures, the appropriate action is to either request an additional waiver or start the Administrative Separation (ADSEP) process. This is because once the waiver has lapsed, the Sailor is no longer deemed ready for duty by the standards outlined in Navy regulations. The option to request another waiver allows for a potential extension of their ability to remediate their physical fitness concerns, while the ADSEP process may be necessary if they cannot demonstrate the required improvement or meet fitness standards. This dual approach reflects the Navy's commitment to maintaining operational readiness and ensuring that all personnel meet fitness requirements.

The situation emphasizes the importance of accountability in the Navy, along with providing opportunities for improvement through waivers, while also addressing serious cases that necessitate consideration for separation from service.
